PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a communication terminal that does not print out sender information. SOLUTION: In this communication terminal, a RAM 7 stores length information such as millimeter and a scanning line number to decide a length from a head of a picture required to record sender information, and a main control section 1 executes a software program, by which information by an amount equivalent to the length information from the head of the picture for recording the sender information is deleted from received picture information so as to record only picture information of an original main body onto recording paper in the case of recording the received picture information on the recording paper.
