摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To protect a heater against an oxidative deterioration due to heating and to prevent a disconnection accident of a heater by providing an air valve for automatically switching the air from a compressor with nitrogen gas from a nitrogen gas cylinder, according to a set temperature of the heater. SOLUTION: A temperature controller 1 measures the temperature of a sample by a temperature-measuring means 3 such as a thermocouple, a resistance temperature measuring unit or the like providing near the sample to be measured of a magnetic resonance probe 2, and compares the measured temperature with a set temperature set to the controller 1 itself. A heater driver 4 is controlled, based on a temperature control parameter such as a PID constant, so that the difference between the set temperature and the measured temperature becomes small, and a suitable power is supplied to the heater 5. For automatically driving an air valve 10, a valve driver 11 is provided in the sample temperature variable device and is controlled by an MPU 12 similarly provided in the variable device.
