APPARATUS AND METHOD FOR ANALYZING MULTIPORT DEVICE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a muitiport device analyzing apparatus for analyzing the characteristic of the multiport device having three or more input/output terminals. SOLUTION: This apparatus for analyzing a multiport device 30 is constituted so as to send a test signal from one port and receive an input signal from the other port. The apparatus has a network analyzer 10 for analyzing a characteristic of the device to be tested by vector values, and a multiport test set 50 connected to the ports of the network analyzer 10 for converting by an internal switch the ports of the network analyzer 10 to three or more ports. The multiport device 30 to be tested is connected to the multiport test set 50, without going through a converter. Data for the device characteristics are analyzed by vector values.
