Process for preparing jellyfish and their conversion into a food product

Process which consists in the relevant stage of separation, cleaning and sorting of the jellyfish, preserving the jellyfish umbrella in order, after they have been cleaned, to subject them to four stages of salting in a mixture of salt and aluminium in water, being subsequently dried and then packaged and stored at a temperature between 2 degree C and 5 degree C.
