PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a small-sized band pass filter with a small passing loss. SOLUTION: A plurality of cylindrical cavity resonators 13 (13-1, 13-2, 13-3) filters are formed to a 1st conductor. A rectangular waveguide 15 of a Y shaped isolator section 2 and a straight line waveguide of a T-branch E bent 3 are cut off at one side of the 1st conductor. A branch part of the T-branch E bent 3 is cut off to reach a cavity of a final stage cylindrical cavity resonators 13. A 2nd conductor is clad to cover a side of the 1st conductor formed with the rectangular waveguide 15 and the cylindrical cavity resonators 13. Thus, clad sides of the 1st conductor and the 2nd conductor are definitely decided and the isolator section 2 and the filter section 1 are integrally formed, then the small sized band pass filter with a small passing loss can be generated. |
