PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To raise the reliability and prevent the overheat of a switch means, by stabilizing the oscillatory frequency. SOLUTION: The output of a voltage detection means 4 and the output of a current detection means 3 are limited to specified current values with an addition means 5, and are outputted to an oscillation control means 7 after removal of noise with a noise removal means 6. The oscillation control means 7 performs the control of stabilizing the frequency of the oscillation means 9 and the width of oscillation period. This power circuit is provided with an OFF improving means 10 between the oscillation means 9 and the switch means 1, and it removes the delay of breaking currents by the accumulation effect at the time of the transistor of the turned off switch means 1.
