<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lighting system capable of improving a starting property at a dark place while reducing the stress in the circuit. SOLUTION: This lighting system is provided with an illumination load 7, a DC power circuit 3, and a high-frequency circuit 4 inverting the DC power output of the DC power circuit 3 into high-frequency power to feed it to the illumination load 7. The light output of the illumination load 7 is controlled in response to the duty ratio of the dimmer signal fed to the high-frequency circuit 4. For a start at a dark place, a dimmer signal having the duty ratio of the prescribed value or below is fed, then a dimmer signal having the duty ratio of the prescribed value or above is fed.</p> |
