摘要 <p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make the structure of a touch panel device simple and to improve the durability by uniformly forming a transparent conductive material on a transparent sensor panel after performing a nonglaring process for its glass. SOLUTION: The sensor panel 3 has a low-resistance circumferential electrode 6 arranged in the periphery of a uniform surface resistance body 5 in close contact. One lead-out wire (shield conductor) 10 each is connected to its four corners (A, B, C, and D points). No insulating layer is formed on the top surface of the uniform surface resistance body 5 and a finger 7 or conductive pen is brought into electric direct contact with the surface resistance body 5. The sensor panel 3 is structured by etching the transparent glass surface with hydrofluoric acid, performing the nonglaring process to thousands ofÅby roughening the surface, and forming resistance bodies of tin oxide (SnO2), indium tin oxide), etc., in two dimensions (all directions) so that a uniform resistance value is obtained. At this time, the thickness of the resistance body film is about hundreds ofÅ, so that they can be formed even on a glass surface after the nonglaring process sufficiently uniformly.</p>
