<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a crisis management system which enables the persons concerned to quickly devise a countermeasure by synthesizing and arranging the information required for devising the countermeasure on the basis of the information sent from the outside and the information stored in the data base at a center and transmitting the arranged information to the person concerned. SOLUTION: A crisis management system is constituted of an information collecting means 1 which collects the real-time information on crisis occurring sites, a data base 6 which stores precollected information, an information selecting means 2 which selects the information stored in the data base 6 based on the real-time information collected by means of the collecting means 1, an information arranging means 3 which selects and processes the real-time information collected by means of the collecting means 1 based on the information selected by means of the selecting means 2 and which synthesizes and arranges the information, and an information transmitting means 4 which transmits the information synthesized and arranged by means of the arranging means 3 to persons in charge of information.</p> |
