<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To automatically distribute an electronic mail in accordance with a work quantity in the case of distributing the work quantity by permitting a storage device to be provided with a means for storing a work quantity obtained by means of numerically converting an operation quantity and a reception date and time at every receiving device and the means for calculating the accumulation of the work quantity at every receiving device. SOLUTION: The storage device 3 is provided with a storage means 3a which stores the work quantity obtained by numerically converting the operation quantity in the case of executing or processing a command transmitted as document information of the electronic mail which is received by a reception server device 2 and stores the reception time at every address and with a work quantity total calculating means 3b for calculating the accumulation of the work quantity by address. In the reception server device 2, a receiving means 2a receives the electronic mail transmitted from an electronic mail transmitting device 1. A selecting means 2b selects the receiving device with least accumulative work quantity by the calculation result of the means 3b. Then a distributing means 2c distributes the electronic mail to the receiving device which is selected by the selecting means 2b.</p> |
