PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a light deflector which can easily cope with a different- shape polygon mirror. SOLUTION: This light deflector is constituted so that a flange part 15 having a disk part 15a becoming the reference surface for loading a mirror and a cylindrical part 15b is joined to the outside circumference of an outer cylindrical bearing 12b at the cylindrical part and the polygon mirror 16 is interposed by a mirror pressing plate 6 through a leaf spring pressed by the disk part 15a. Besides, a permanent magnet for generating torque 5 is fixed to the plate 6 by being opposed to a magnet coil arranged at a fixed base plate and the outer cylindrical bearing 12b of a mirror unit 100 integrated by this constitution can be rotated between a fixed inner cylindrical bearing 12a. Then, a notched part 6 for adjusting pressing force in a direction that the elastic deforming action range of the leaf spring is widened is formed at the abutting place of the leaf spring 20A at the surface of the plate 6 opposed to the leaf spring. |
