PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oscillation frequency adjusting method of a high frequency oscillation circuit which easily miniaturizes a high frequency oscillator and improves the adjustment precision of an oscillation frequency. SOLUTION: A high frequency oscillator is provided with an oscillation circuit constitution element 1 installed on a circuit board 3, and the metallic shield case 4 fitted to the circuit board 3 so that it covers the oscillation circuit constitution element 1. The metallic shield case 4 is brought close to the oscillation circuit constitution element 1 by a rotary member 7, a dent is made in it and a dent part is formed. Thus, the oscillation frequency is adjusted.
