PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a means which can easily conceal an inspection pad part needed to confirm the operation of a VCR mechanism part, when the device is finished as a product while the pad part is left on a flexible printed board. SOLUTION: An inspection pad part 55 of a flexible printed board 50 is provided with a projection part 51 across a constricted part 52, and at its tip part, a tip part 54 to be hooked through a hole part 53 of the board 50 is provided. When the device is delivered as a product, the projection part 51 is bent to corer the pad part 55 and is fixed by the tip part.
