PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate miniaturization and to improve productivity by fitting the hole part of a flexible substrate to a projection part provided on a bobbin, integrating the bobbin and the flexible substrate and then incorporating and fixing them to the frame of a fixing part. SOLUTION: Focus coils and tracking coils are fixed to the bobbins 7a and 7b. The bobbins 7a and 7b are positioned by inserting the projection parts 15a, 15b, 15c and 15d to the hole parts 16a, 16b, 16c and 16d provided on the flexible substrate 10 and fixed and integrated by welding the respective projection parts. After the integration, the terminal parts of the focus coils and the terminal parts of the tracking coils are overlapped with the corresponding parts of the electric connection parts of the flexible substrate. The corresponding respective terminal parts of the focus coils and the tracking coils and the electric connection parts of the flexible substrate are soldered.
