PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To arrange a sliding way which does not adversely affect illumination on a face side and to reduce the man-hour of inspection by arranging ribs for inserting a ball in a face position at the time of node degree assembly. SOLUTION: A sliding way for inserting a ball 22 into a guide arm 21 is formed of two ribs 26 having reflection faces reflecting light in the same way as a reflection face 31. The ribs 26 are arranged so that the ball rotates toward a ball stop groove part 24a corresponding to the symbol mark of a face being the position of a dial knob at the time of storage. The ribs 26 have roles as guides for leading the ball 22 to the ball stop groove part 24a. Since a mortar- like slope is arranged in the reflection face 31, the ball 22 naturally rolls the slope and is led to the groove part 24a. Since the ribs 26 themselves have the reflection faces, a shadow is difficult to occur, the symbol mark of the face on the surface of a display panel does not become dark and visibility is secured.
