PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic display sheet which can be easily carried, an electronic display device using this display sheet. SOLUTION: This display sheet 11 has a structure, having an ink sheet 113 held between transparent electrode sheets 111, 112. Electrophoretic ink particles EI sealed in the ink sheet 113 are divided into white particles and blue particles, according to the direction of the applied electric field. By inverting the direction of the electric field in an arbitrary pixel position by the transparent electrode sheets 111, 112 along the positive and negative directions of the X-axis, white pixels and blue pixels can be controlled as desired for displaying images. The ink sheet 113 and transparent electrode sheets 111, 112 have flexibility and can be wound up so that the sheet is easy to carry.
