PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable the decentralization management of session identifiers and process results by allowing server devices to identify the same session with a session identifier and taking over the session identifier needed to carry on the session and the process results of respective processes from one server to another server. SOLUTION: The user authentication of a client device is performed (S1), a new session identifier is issued, and a requested process is performed (S2). Then the process result, session identifier, and server identifier are returned (S3) and then the server having performed a last process is specified with the server identifier (S5). If the specified server is different from the server having performed the last process, the server device is requested to hand over the last process result (S6) and it is judged (S7) whether or not the session identifier is effective; when the identifier is effective, the server at the request source is made to take over the last process result (S8). Then the server at the request source performs a process (S9) and sends the result back to the client device.
