PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To conduct control to increase transmission power as required only for position detection. SOLUTION: When a position is correctly detected, a control signal is used to connect a connection switch 161 to a transmission power control circuit 162, which conducts transmission power control on the basis of power of a synthesis signal consisting of a direct wave signal and a delayed wave signal. When the position is not correctly detected, the control signal interrupts the connection switch 161 and the transmission power control circuit 162 conducts transmission power control on the basis of only the received power of the direct wave signal.
