PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lighting control device capable of automatically reporting a blown-out lamp and provide an illumination control device allowing a manager to easily recognize the blown-out lamp. SOLUTION: This lighting control terminal 4 controlling the lighting of a connected luminaire is provided with a load current detection section 4f detecting the load current extracted from an illumination load, a threshold setting section 4e storing the threshold of the predetermined load current, and a judgment section 4a comparing the load current detected by the load current detection section 4e with the said threshold and outputting a blown-out lamp signal when the load current is lower than the threshold. An illumination control device is provided with one or more lighting control terminals 4 and a master unit unitarily managing the blown-out lamp signals from the lighting control terminals 4.
