PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a camera controller capable of realizing reduction in cost by decreasing the number of terminals without lessening circuit functions. SOLUTION: In this camera controller, a digital circuit block and an analog circuit block are formed of a one-chip integrated circuit on a common semiconductor substrate. The input/output signal conductors of a circuit block 1, incorporating the respective circuit blocks (a), (b), etc., are connected to the plural terminal parts 2 of the one-chip integrated circuit by bonding pads, whose number is smaller than the total number of the input/output conductors. The input/ output signal conductors of the block 1 and the plural terminal parts 2 are switchably connected through a switching part 3 which consists of plural double- throw switches using an MOS transistor. The actuation of the switching part 3 is controlled by a control part 4.
