PURPOSE: A variable turbo charger is provided to maintain rotational frequency of a turbine uniformly even in a low speed by mounting flaps on an exhaust manifold connected to a turbine case and varying the area of an inlet of the turbine case. CONSTITUTION: A variable turbo charger includes two flaps(57a) hinged at both sides of an inlet of a turbine case for controlling a flow rate of exhaust gas conflicting to a turbine, two branch pipes(61') branched from an exhaust manifold(61) and stopped at an end, a pressure board(57b) located in the inside of the branch pipes and moving according to pressure of exhaust gas, a spring(57c) mounted at an end of the branch pipes and providing the pressure board with elasticity and a flow rate controlling device(57) having an end coupled with the pressure board and the other end hinged to the flaps for rotating the flaps.
