PURPOSE: A file management device of full electronic switching system is provided to backup general backup files in a movable hard disk by using prior operator command. CONSTITUTION: A file management device of full electronic switching system comprises movable type hard disks(50,55), an operator terminal(10), an execution and output controller(20), a DFM(30; Disk File Management), and a CROS(40; Concurrent Real-time Operating System). The movable type hard disks(50,55) can be attached and detached. The operator terminal(10) generates a file backup command. The execution and output controller(20) analyzes the format and the file capacitance of a backup file transmitted from a fixed hard disk in accordance with the file backup command. The DFM(30) determines the backup capability of the backup file transmitted from the controller.
