PURPOSE: A chassis structure of a car body side decreases the impact that is transmitted from the chassis of a car body side by a car side crash, thereby keeping the safe condition of passengers and also reducing the damage of a car body to the minimum. CONSTITUTION: A chassis structure of a car body side comprises a reinforcement(20) which is deposited between an up/down coupler(12) of an inside panel(10) and an outside panel(11). The reinforcement(20) has an inside bracket(21), an outside bracket(22), supporters(40) and a reinforcement pipe(30). The inside bracket(21) molded is folded to be protrude to the inside panel(10). The outside bracket(22) molded is folded to be protruded to the outside panel(11). The supporters(40) have a projecting part(41) and a through hole(42) formed in the projecting part(41) at the center of the inside bracket(21) and the outside bracket(22). The reinforcement pipe(30) deposited and connected between the through holes(42) of both supporters(40) has an impact absorber(31) formed on the center thereof. An impact is absorbed effectively by firstly the impact absorber(31) and secondly a deformation member(50) of the supporter(40).
