PURPOSE: Provided is a steam sterilizer as a combination heater and humidifier for agriculture, which can sterilize a culture medium, control the humidity and the temperature for cultivating plants, and be used as a heater. CONSTITUTION: The steam sterilizer comprises opening and closing doors(10) on both sides; a cylinder-type body(9) having an opening part(43) on top; a top and a lower casings formed as a unity; a main body(1) having an air absorbing port(2); a water supplying tank; a water tank; a heating room heated by a burner(6); a steam generating part(4) having a steam room possessing a stem port to exhaust steam to the cylinder-type body(9); a steaming device to heat the supplied water from the water tank; and a radiator to heat-exchange between the water particles generated by the steaming device and the water in the water tank.
