IMPACT-RESISTANT RESIN COMPOSITE

PURPOSE: A shock-resistant resin composition for a bumper is provided, which shows excellent shock-resistant property and heat-resistant property and has various fluidity and decomposition reaction of polypropylene and thermoplastic elastic solid. CONSTITUTION: The shock-resistant resin composition contains: (i) 1-70 parts by weight of polypropylene having a melt index of 0.1-0.3 gram/10 minutes(at 230 deg.C, 2.16 kilogram force) and an average molecular weight of at least 300,000 gram/mol or copolymer of propylene and not more than 10 mol% of alpha-olefin having 2-10 carbon atoms satisfying the same condition of the polypropylene; (ii) 10-70 parts by weight of propylene polymer having a melt index of 10-60 gram/10 minutes(at 230 deg.C, 2.16 kilogram force) and an average molecular weight of at least 300,000 gram/mol or copolymer of the propylene and alpha-olefin having 2-10 carbon atoms satisfying the same condition of the propylene polymer; (iii) 0.01-10 parts by weight of vinyl crosslinking preparation; (iv) 0.01-2.0 parts by weight of at least two organic peroxides having different dissolving temperatures; (v) 5-40 parts by weight of thermoplastic elastic solid rubber; and (vi) 0-20 parts by weight of inorganic filler.
