PURPOSE: A green luminescent phosphor is provided to give higher luminescent brightness than the existed green luminescent phosphor by adding Ce (cerium) and Pr(praseodymium) more to the existed green luminescent phosphor. CONSTITUTION: A green luminescent phosphor compound is composed of Y2O2S:Tb, Cex, Pry so that green luminescent phosphor has higher luminescent brightness as well as excellence in field of deterioration-resist, temperature characteristic and durability, herein x is equal to and more than 5.0x10-5 and is equal to and less than 10x10-6, and y is equal to and more than 5.0x10-5 and is equal to and less than 10x10-6. Green luminescent phosphor(a) including Ce(cerium) and Pr(praseodymium) more is very higher luminescent brightness than the existed green luminescent phosphor(b).
