PURPOSE: A parking brake device is provided to achieve a parking braking function with only a main brake without using a parking brake, by installing a control device, which controls the flow of braking oil, on a master cylinder. CONSTITUTION: A selective switch(10) selects an automatic control OFF switch operating a main brake or an automatic control ON switch operating a parking brake. A sensor(S) is operated by the selection of the selective switch. A control device(30) is mounted on one side of a master cylinder(M), controls the flow of brake fluid(W), and includes a slide member(32) and a both directional valve(38). The slide member is connected by a rod(21) and moved up and down in a slide pipe(31) as the operation of a solenoid(20) and includes a conic hollow part(34), a conic one-way valve(35) equipped on a supporting plate(36) for flow the brake fluid to only one direction, and a latching sill(32a) projected along the hollow part.
