METHOD OF SETTING IGNITING FLAME VOLTAGE OF GAS BOILER

PURPOSE: A setting method of igniting flame voltage of a gas boiler is provided to ignite easily even if environment is changed by deviation of a flame voltage sensing element, aging or infiltration of moisture. CONSTITUTION: A flame voltage control mode for sensing and controlling the flame voltage is set up in the initial state before the operation of a boiler. The flame voltage is measured while flames are not ignited. The sensed flame voltage is compared to a predetermined reference igniting flame voltage. If the difference of the flame voltage is larger than a predetermined reference voltage difference(alpha), the reference igniting flame voltage is set up as igniting flame voltage. If the difference of the flame voltage is lower than a predetermined reference voltage difference, the flame voltage subtracting a predetermined setting voltage difference(beta) from the flame voltage of fire extinguishing is repeatedly set up as the igniting flame voltage.
