SMART CARD EMBEDDING DUAL ANTENNA AND BATTERY

摘要

PURPOSE: A smart card embedding dual antenna and a battery is provided to make possible long distance communication by using dual antennal and a chargeable thin film battery as electricity supply resource for long distance communication by an antenna for only high frequency. CONSTITUTION: A user passes a tollgate separated at some meters while having a smart card(10). A card reader installed in the tollgate outputs a magnetic field of a certain range by a magnetic field generator. The magnetic field is induced to a current generating coil(3) uses as an antenna for only high frequency in the smart card. The current induced by the magnetic field generating in the current generating coil is fed to an IC(integrated circuit) chip(1). The IC chip processes the induced current by signals. The current in high frequency form is fed to the current generating coil by receiving electricity from a battery(4). The current generating coil outputs current in magnetic field form. The high frequency signals are input to an RF(radio frequency) module connected to a magnetic field generator of the card reader. Thereby, the transmission of necessary data is completed.
