PURPOSE: A device to control approach of an aquatic organism selectively is provided which generate ultrasonic of frequency and spectrum which an aquatic organism having a harmful effect on men kind avoids by sensing right water temperature and water current of the aquatic organism having a harmful effect on men kind. CONSTITUTION: A device to control approach of an aquatic organism selectively is comprised of: a sensor of water temperature(4) and water current(5) in a district which an aquatic organism having a harmful effect on men kind lives, a frequency and spectrum generator(3) by a Programmable Logic Controller(PLC controller); a storing unit(7) of a data to store water temperature, water current signal, frequency and spectrum signal according to the time; an ultrasonic radiator(6) and a spectrum radiator(9) which radiate ultrasonic and spectrum suitable to control approach of the targeted aquatic organisms.
