Problem: Cyclohexylpiperidine derivatives, exhibiting potent tachykinin antagonism, excellent in vivo kinetics and low toxicity. Means for solving the problem: compounds represented by general formula (I), pharmacologically acceptable salts of the same, and esters and other derivatives of both; formula (I) wherein R<1> and R<2> are each optionally substituted aryl or optionally substituted heteroaryl; A is CH2, CO or SO2; B is a single bond, alkylene or alkenylene; D is O or S; L is NR<3> or CR<3>(R<4>); R<3> is optionally substituted cycloalkyl or an optionally substituted saturated heterocyclic group; R<4> is alkyl, amino, acylamino, acylaminoalkyl, alkylated acylamino, OH, optionally aralkylated hydroxylated lower alkyl, alkoxy or -CO-R<5> (wherein R<5> is alkyl, alkoxy, an amine residue, substituted aryl or substituted heteroaryl); Z is O or 2H; m is 0, 1 or 2; and n is 1 to 6.
