The shoe insole (1) has a cork or cork-type heel part (2) and a non-bendable part for the ball of the foot (3) made of fiber composite material especially with carbon or glass fiber reinforced material. The two materials for the heel and ball parts of the foot overlap and are joined in the mid-foot area, especially stuck. The ball-of-the-foot part is narrower than the heel part.
