PURPOSE: A device for controlling a vehicle for a checkpoint is provided to smoothly arrest a suspect by being impossible to travel the vehicle with puncturing the vehicle of the suspect by mechanically operating a control device when a portable assistant operating device for regulation. CONSTITUTION: When a portable assistant operating device(30) carried in the military and the police is pushed at the fleeing of a suspect generated in the application of a checkpoint of the military and the police, a chip is projected by converting a mechanical control device through a solenoid coil with an electric device controlled a control box(20), and a shock is added by contacting a tire of a fleeing vehicle. Thereby the traveling of the suspect's vehicle is impossible. Therefore, inspecting activity of suspect is more effective by the control device of the vehicle, and the safety of a life is secured from a physical changer at a sudden situational change according to an unreasonable inspection.
