MASTERING FOR ASSEMBLING AND PROCESSING JAW AND CONE OF EXPANDER

PURPOSE: A mastering is provided to assemble and process the outer circumference of a jaw at an expanding position and to easily notice that the jaw is abraded. CONSTITUTION: A contact face is directly formed and cut on the inner circumference of a jaw and flanges(301)(302) form in both cut ends of the contact face. The flanges are combined with a bolt(305) so the contact face is identified with the minute measurement of an outer circumference when the bolt is fully combined. A mastering(300) is inserted in the state of releasing the bolt in order to notice processing amount by the gap between the flanges. A fixing ring(401) is inserted into the outer circumference and the contact face is contacted with the outer circumference. Then processing amount is measured by the position of a marking and the outer circumference of the jaw finishes with the process by minutely processing the mastering part.
