PURPOSE: A soft capsulated drug containing one or more antifungal agent selected from itraconazole, glyceroflavin, ketoconazole, pterivinapin or naphtypin is provided which improves the absorption of antifungal agent into the body system, enhances the bio availability thereof and has excellent heat stability at room temperature. CONSTITUTION: A soft capsulated drug comprises 10-50 wt.% of antifungal agent selected from itraconazole, glyceroflavin, ketoconazole, pterivinapin or naphtypin, 0.1-10 wt.% of polyethyleneglycol 400, 600, 1500, 4000 as hydrophilic substances, 30-60 wt.% of surfactant having HLB value of 13-15 such as Labrasol(PEG-8 glyceryl acrylate/caparte) or Cremophor RH40(PEG-40 hydrogenated castor oil), 3-20 wt.% of flurololeic WL 1173 as a cosurfactant having HLB value of 9-11, and 0.1-1 wt.% of polyvinylpyrolidone as dispersing agent. The ingredients excluding antifungal agent are mixed up and solubilized by heating up to about 60°C and then the content is cooled down to about 30-40°C. 30-50 wt.% of antifungal agent is added, emulsified and then coated with gelatin film.
