PURPOSE: A preventer is provided to prevent the kickback of a steering gear assembly in order not to deliver impact force of a tire to steering wheel. CONSTITUTION: A hydraulic pressure cylinder(20) moves oil to an oil pipe(15) through a slant hole between many splines of a spline cone and many oil holes formed on a circle plate and reverse movement is also acceptable in a normal state. A hydraulic pressure cylinder compresses oil in a second chamber(24) to give large hydraulic pressure to a valve(60) for preventing a kickback installed in a cylinder hole(26) of the second chamber in an impacting state. While moving the spline cone of the valve to the slant hole, the cone part is bonded on the inner side of the slant hole and blocks oil movement. Thus, the impact from a tire does'n't affect the oil pipe and a steering gear box by being absorbed inside the hydraulic pressure cylinder.
