The box-type trap has a duct (1) formed by four boards (13) at right angles to each other, with at least one inlet (2), and top flap(3) swiveling downwards into the duct. One end (4) of the flap is fixed to a link (6) extending across the opening direction(5) of the inlet; the other end (7) is supported on the end of a first protuberance (8) on a rotary bar (9) extending across the inlets opening direction. The rotary bar extends parallel with the opening direction. At least one second protuberance (10) extending across the opening direction is supported by a third protuberance (11) forming a rigid component of an adjustment (12) swiveling on an axis (14) extending across the opening direction. At least the rotary bar and the three protuberances are inside the duct.
