PURPOSE: A preparation method for marsh snail powder to easy to be taken through powdering marsh snail containing much amount of vit.A, iron, is prepared. CONSTITUTION: Marsh snail powder is prepared by: (1) leaving marsh snail to exhaust a foreign substance at normal temperature; (2) immersing marsh snail in salt water to exhaust a foreign substance; (3) washing and leaving marsh snail; (4) boiling marsh snail to come out cover of marsh snail and washing and drying marsh snail in dryer; (5) cooling marsh snail by normal temperature and blanching marsh snail. |
