PURPOSE: An apparatus for aligning a driving shaft of a cooling device of a large-scaled rotating element is provided to precisely and speedily perform the alignment of the driving shaft without crane work and to remove an error of the alinement between a gear box and a motor, thereby improving durability of the cooling device structure. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus for aligning a driving shaft of a cooling device of a large-scaled rotating element includes a Y-axis control element(20) supported at 4 points by an elastic spring(26) for maintaining an upper plate(24) at a predetermined height with relation to a base plate(22) and screw-coupled with a control bolt(28) in a center part of the base plate for controlling a vertical position of the upper plate, an X-axis controlling element(30) mounted on the upper plate(24) and slidingly coupled with a linear movable element(34) on a linear fixing element(32) of a longitudinal direction for freely moving in the range of the linear fixing element, and a supporting plate(40) fixedly mounted on the linear movable element and contacting an outer surface of a driving shaft(16) for supporting the driving shaft, wherein the driving shaft is aligned between a gear box(12) axially coupled with a fan blade(10) and a motor(14) by a coupling(18) in position.
