PURPOSE: A multiplexing/demultiplexing device structure being removed the combination loss of diffraction star optical combiner is provided so that a light transmitting system become stable and use efficiently by reducing the loss of light with the minimum value when the light of multi-wavelengths is multiplexed/demultiplexed. CONSTITUTION: A multiplexing/demultiplexing device structure being removed the combination loss of diffraction star optical combiner includes a multi-wavelengths input unit (11) for input the multiplexed wavelength of N-channels. The input light from the multi-wavelength input unit (11) is diffracted spacially by an optical intensity distribution unit, and induced in order to become the uniform light intensity distribution and thereafter the light is condensed and distributed into the number of m of light wave guide route (13) by using an integrated phase lattice. The light wave guide rout (13) produces the lights which differs those phases, respectively. A separate part according to the wavelengths is that the wavelengths with different phases is divided and transmitted into the inside of number of N of output light wave guide route (13).
