PURPOSE: An optical recording medium improving recording density, and a reproducing device thereof are provided. CONSTITUTION: In an optical recording medium(20), first pit rows(22) extended on a straight line and second pit rows(24) wobbled in a predetermined period are alternately aligned in a radius direction. Since the straightly-extended tracks and the wobbled tracks are alternately aligned, a track pitch is relatively narrowed in regard to an optical spot having a specific wavelength.
