SHADOW MASK OF CATHODE RAY TUBE

摘要

PURPOSE: A shadow mask structural body for improving color purity is provided to reduce greatly mislanding of initial operation of braun tube by coating peripheral part of shadow mask with material to be of higher thermal conduction ratio. CONSTITUTION: A braun bulb is composed of front panel and rear panel. Shadow mask of thin plate type is positioned inside of panel(3) and which double holes are formed in. Frame(4) is welded at the edge of above shadow mask(1) and supports this in shadow mask type braun tube. Spring(5) is welded at circumstance of above shadow mask(1) and frame combination body, and absorbs vibration of shadow mask combination body but one side of spring(5) is fixed to the braun bulb and the other side of this is welded and fixed directly to above shadow mask(1), and then the part of the rest of the other side fixed to shadow mask(1) is welded and fixed to the part of above frame(4). The part to be connected with frame(4) and the part to be connected with spring(5) out of circumstances of shadow mask(1) is coated with material having higher heat conductive ratio than one of material composing of shadow mask(1).
