PURPOSE: An apparatus for fixing fan-shroud assembly of vehicle refrigerators is provided to construct the fan-shroud assembly, the condenser, and the radiator in a single assembly, thereby reducing required man power and prevent refrigerant leakage from the condenser. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus for fixing a fan-shroud assembly(40) of vehicle refrigerators includes a pair of housing(41) having a cylindrical space(411) therein for receiving a pair of fans(50), at least one connecting element(42) adjacent inside parts of the respectively housings, at least two arms(43) extending outward at a predetermined angle facing the connecting element at the respective housings, brackets(44) respectively connected in a vertical direction to an end part of the respective housings and fixed on first and second brackets(62,63) attached to a header pipe(61) of a condenser(60), first and second fixing pieces(45,46) respectively extended from a lower part of the brackets at a predetermined angle and respectively fixed at a receiving protrusion(72) of a lower tank(71) of a radiator(70) and a coupling part(74) of an upper tank(73) of the radiator(70).
