The coupling frame (1) has bearing lugs (8) on either side which may be bolted to side members on the frame of the tractor. There are guide members (20,21) on either side, and there are two splayed U-shaped frame members (2,3) one above the other. Two parallel plates with holes through them act as bearing members and lie closely spaced on either side of the centerline (12). The system includes levers (27) with a hydraulic cylinder (23).
