VALVE HOUSING EQUIPPED WITH A CLOSING VALVE AND A CHECK VALVE

A valve housing (1) has one or more inlets (4), e.g. for hot and cold water. There is provided in the proximity of one such inlet a bore (5) which includes widened parts and which accommodates a sleeve-shaped cut-off valve (2) that has an end surface (2a) which can be brought into sealing contact with a seating surface (1a) in the valve housing. A check valve (3) is accommodated in the valve body (2) concentrically therewith. The cut-off valve can be screwed against the set (1a) such as to cut-off the delivery of fluid, therewith enabling servicing of the valve and/or exchange of other components in the valve housing to be carried out.
