The invention relates to a communication system comprising at least one mobile communication network, a data network, at least two access nodes for providing an access to the data network, and at least one data network server for providing a service. In the disclosed method a connection is established between a first access node and the data network server, the connection being used by a mobile station located within a first service area served by the first access node. A specific session identification is dedicated for the connection. When the mobile station roams to a second service area served by a second access node, the roaming mobile station is recognised and said specific session identification is obtained in said second access node. The data network server is then requested to transfer the connection between the first access node and the network server associating with said specific session identification to continue as a connection between said second access node and the data network server.
