FET PREDISTORTER WITHOUT INSERTION LOSS

PURPOSE: An FET pre distorter without insertion loss is provided to acquire profits directly without using additional amplifier like buffer amplifier or additional circuits like terminal electric power amplifier to increase gain. CONSTITUTION: A matching circuit(310) insulates direct current inputted through wireless frequency and provides match for alternate current signal. FET(340) amplifies and outputs signals from the above matching circuit. A feedback circuit(350) is connected to FET source and provides the above FET(340) with feedback current, thereby capable of pre distorting recorded output signals of FET beyond a specific value. A matching circuit(320) is connected to the drain of the above FET(340) and matches with the connected outside circuits. A reference supply(330) is connected to the drain of the above FET(340) and supplies the reference voltage.
