PURPOSE: A power control apparatus of a mobile station is provided to increase the output voltage only in case that current consumption is increased, maintaining the output voltage of a DC-DC converter to the minimum. CONSTITUTION: A source part(301) supplies power using a battery. A DC-DC converter(302)switches the power of the source part(301) in the pulse width modulation method. An energy storage part(303) stores the energies switched at the DC-DC converter(302) using a capacitor. A feedback part(306) controls the pulse width of the DC-DC converter(302), variably distributing a voltage outputted from the energy storage part(303), according to the control signal generated in the point of the maximum current consumption assumption generated from a microcomputer(307). The microcomputer(307) adjusts the feedback voltage ratio of the feedback part(306) with a memory(308).
