PURPOSE: A device is provided to combine a nail with a cap by rapidly supplying caps and nails with a cylindrical body CONSTITUTION: A shaft(3) and a nail supplying drum shaft(30) are rotated by the drive of a motor(28). A member(2) connecting a nail supplying drum(36) and pneumatic cylinder operating sensors(4)(5), and a cylindrical body(1) are rotated to sequentially reach a sensor. The operating sensors push pistons(11,12), operators(15,16) and hitting bars(17,18) to the side of cap inserting units(21,22). Thus, in inserting a nail and a cap into a nail inserting unit(9) and a cap inserting unit(22) to reach the sensor, the sensor operates the cylinder operating sensor in order to drive the nail into the cap by the piston, the operator and the hitting bar moving along a guide groove(7). Therefore, a looping cap nail is continually made.
