DRAFT TUBE OF GAS BURNER

摘要

PURPOSE: A draft tube of a gas burner is provided to stabilize combustion all the times by safely keeping flames through the improvement in structure of a draft tube even if gas pressure falls temporarily. CONSTITUTION: A small amount of gas is discharged to a combustion chamber through each slits(23) of a swirl plate(22) depending on environmental conditions. Thereby, the amount of air is increased larger than the amount of gas so that a flame generated through the slits is unstable. However, a flame generated through each auxiliary flame hole(100) is kept stable so the flame as to be kept without burning. After that, the gas pressure is kept normal and the ignition is performed again by the small flame of the auxiliary flame hole to perform the normal combustion.
